What do we do?
Crypto Recovery Words create, manufacture and distribute cryptocurrency hardware/software wallet seed phrase backup cards.
Our crypto recovery backup cards are the idea solution to anyone who wants to retain ownership of their coins. Whether it be on devices like Ledger, Trezor or Bitbox along with the leading software alternatives, Crypto Recovery Words is the natural choice to safely and securely store your private 24 word mnemonic seed phrase.
A serious alternative to the expensive and cumbersome metal derivatives.
Where are we based?
We are a small independant organisation based in the heart of the United Kingdom. We design, manufacture and despatch from our base here in Birmingham. We currently have provision for English language based products, but we hope to introduce additional languages in the near future.
Who do we sell to?
We sell to the general public and to organisations. However, we limit single orders to a maximum quantity of 3 items consisting of either single, double or triple packs.

Which regions do we sell in?
We currently only sell to the following regions:
*Postage costs are base on Royal Mail’s International Tracked Service. (Click here for more info).
All international postage is capped to the single item cost so that the maximum charge for p&p regardless of how many packs are purchased (i.e. 1, 2 or 3 packs) will be fixed at the price of sending a single item.
More regions may follow in the future.
Why do we limit our orders to only 3 items?
We limit our orders because we activley discouage re-selling of our products so as to maintain continuity of our competitive price point.
As a small organisation with limited resourses, every order is packaged and posted by hand in order to maintain our cherished personal customer relationship and to also keep costs as low as possible.
Your security & personal privacy?
Security & personal privacy are important to us and we will never sell to or provide your personal details to any outside or 3rd party organizations.
We value your right to remain private and confidential and we promise never contact you with unsolicited emails or messages. Once you have bought from us, we will never contact you with follow up email campaigns or requests and offers that you have not requested.
Is our packaging branded?
All our packaging is nonspecific not branded in any way so as not to alert any suspicious agents from recognizing what you have purchased from us.
Do we advertise?
We do not advertise and rely on word-of-mouth recommendations. So if you like what we do please tell all your crypto friends about us.
