2 SIMPLE WAYS TO KEEP YOUR RECOVERY WORDS SAFE

Secure your Recovery Words and stop prying eyes from stealing your cryptocurrency with these simple tricks. Now you can have multiple copies of your backup card to reduce the chance of loss, theft or destruction of your Recovery Words.

EXAMPLE 1: WORD SWAP

When adding your Recovery Words to your backup card, why not swap 2 of the words around? Choose two different numbers. They can be an historical date, a birthday, a telephone number or just two memorable random numbers.

Example: Satoshi Nakamoto. S is the 19th letter of the alphabet and N is the 14th. Swap the 19th word with the 14th word & the 14th word with the 19th word of your Recovery Words when copying them to your backup card.

EXAMPLE 2: FALSE START

When adding your Recovery Words to your back up card, why not start at a different point? Choose a memorable number between 2 & 24 and start imputing your Recovery Words from that point rather than the first one.

Example: Satoshi Nakamoto. There are 15 letters in his name, so why not start inputting your Recovery Words at position 15 rather than at the first entry point. Just start entering your 24 Recovery Words at point number 15 of your backup card and end up back at number 14.
